What is a Service Plan and why should I consider one?
A Service Plan gives you support when your boiler breaks down, ensuring your home's heating and hot water are restored quickly. It also lets you spread the cost of your annual boiler service throughout the year, so you have complete peace of mind knowing Heritage is just a phone call away whenever you need us.
What is included in an annual boiler service?
Our heating engineers complete a comprehensive series of checks to make sure your boiler and heating system operate safely and efficiently. This includes a thorough inspection for water leaks, damage and wear, plus safety tests to verify your boiler is using the correct amount of gas and is not emitting carbon monoxide.
How do I book my annual boiler service?
Simply give us a call to arrange your annual boiler service. We will also reach out to you ahead of time when your service is due, making it easy to schedule a convenient time slot for one of our heating engineers to visit.
What components are covered in each plan?
The Silver plan covers your boiler and all internals, radiators, radiator valves, controls (excluding smart controls) and internal gas pipes. The Gold and Platinum plans add vented water cylinder, pump and motorised valves. Get in touch and we will talk you through the right plan for your home.

I asked Heritage heating to come in and give me a quote for a boiler service. They were there as agreed but found a problem with the air intake. After discussing the problem it was agreed for them to supply and fit a new one. It was quickly fitted and the boiler service was then done. Unfortunately on doing the service another problem arose, as the boiler pressure was too low. Again discussed and quickly remedied, by changing a lead pipe. Communication and the speed of fixing both problems was very good. Now that i have found a company that is so efficient and reliable, i would have no hesitation in referring them to family and friends.

Recently moved and realised the boiler and hot water system had a few problems, Ross from Heritage Heating was able to get out and diagnose the following day after I called and not long after that was round to complete the work. Very happy with the work completed, afterwards Ross then helped me reprogram the controls and showed me how to use properly, would recommend!
