I asked Heritage heating to come in and give me a quote for a boiler service. They were there as agreed but found a problem with the air intake. After discussing the problem it was agreed for them to supply and fit a new one. It was quickly fitted and the boiler service was then done. Unfortunately on doing the service another problem arose, as the boiler pressure was too low. Again discussed and quickly remedied, by changing a lead pipe. Communication and the speed of fixing both problems was very good. Now that i have found a company that is so efficient and reliable, i would have no hesitation in referring them to family and friends.

We were supplied portable heaters while we waited a couple of weeks for the replacement to take place. No review could be glowing enough. Five stars simply isn’t enough — if I could give ten, I would.I am incredibly grateful to Ross, who has spent the last three days persevering with my broken boiler. I’m sure many others would have walked away from the job or simply advised me to replace it, but not Ross. His knowledge, determination and problem-solving skills were outstanding. He carefully worked through each issue as it arose, always looking for the most effective and economical solution rather than the easiest option. Before leaving, he made sure everything was fully tested, working perfectly and safe to use.What impressed me just as much was Ross’s communication throughout the entire process. He kept me informed every step of the way, explained clearly what he was doing and why, provided realistic estimates of likely costs, and always arrived exactly when he said he would.As for the cost, I found it extremely reasonable. Given the amount of time, expertise and effort Ross invested, I genuinely feel I received exceptional value for money.I only wish I had discovered Heritage years ago. Recently moved and realised the boiler and hot water system had a few problems, Ross from Heritage Heating was able to get out and diagnose the following day after I called and not long after that was round to complete the work. Very happy with the work completed, afterwards Ross then helped me reprogram the controls and showed me how to use properly, would recommend!
